Katelyn’s training sessions incorporate her diverse background in; applied exercise science and sport performance, functional training, strength and conditioning, vinyasa yoga, stress management, rehabilitation and fascial stretch therapy. 

She aims to keep her sessions refreshing, scientifically-based and current.

While working in London, Katelyn worked as an Advanced Trainer for KX Gym and Dan Roberts Group. She also provided training, mobility and yoga programs for private business groups.


As part of Dan Roberts Wellness Team at the Shangra-La Hotel in London. You can find her favourite mobility sequence in all of the hotel rooms as well as in the gym.

After a decade of training experience, Katelyn has come to appreciate the need for a women’s fitness specialist and has taken a particular interest in providing women with cutting edge fitness programs.

Meet Annabelle

Annabelle is our London based Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She has a Sports Science Degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and specializes in women’s health, including pre and postnatal training. She has consulted for Kayla Itsines pre and postnatal programs, a well-known and respected fitness influencer. Given Annabelle’s expertise in pain management and rehabilitation, she is well qualified to adapt exercises for pregnant women and anyone dealing with some other issue. She is here to help support you during this incredible journey in your life.
