The Mission

We use pre and post natal exercise coaching as a way to build your confidence, build trust within your new body and we want you to leave your sessions feeling joyful.

Fertility, Pregnancy, labor and postnatal recovery are major feats in a woman’s life.  This is the perfect time to adopt a well-balanced, customized exercise routine that embraces fertility, pregnancy and postnatal needs. 

The goal of the Faison Method’s pre + postnatal approach is to provide you with expert knowledge in the art and science of healing, rehab and fitness in both mind and body during this special period in your life.  Katelyn brings a bespoke approach to you, your body and the training program you need to create long-term and injury-free results. She blends multiple forms of movement from yoga, pilates, and fitness to mobility and fascial release work to achieve women’s goals. 

 

Session Info

Sessions take place online or at Katelyn private in-home movement studio. Babies are welcome!

$150 - single 60min session 

$675 - 5 lessons ($135 per session)

The London Factor

 While working in London, Katelyn developed the KX’s pregnancy and postnatal program, one of London’s most exclusive health clubs that caters to professionals, celebrities and women. The KX Pregnancy team included nutrionist's, phyiotherapists and osteopath's. Katelyn ran developed the Pre and post natal personal training division and coached other trainers on her team. The progam the KX team developed was heavliy backed by research and endorsed by Obstetrician Professor Marc Johnson of Chelsea and Westminister Hospital, also consults for high risk pregnancies. 

This experience along with the birth of her own son has completlely changed the way she designs her programing for fertility, pregancy and post pregnancy needs.
