12 Sessions: £1,500 (£125 per session) 

We will provide you with exercise coaching to support your pregnancy needs.  You will learn what is and isn’t safe for each trimester.  Feel safe as you adapt your routine for your ever-evolving pregnancy needs.  A thoughtful exercise routine during this time is a powerful tool to help you feel strong and mentally fit as you cope with pregnancy and all of the challenges of motherhood.

·       Safe guidelines for what and what not to do for each trimester

Location: 

·      In-home sessions are offered in Kensington, Holland Park, Notting Hill and Chelsea

·      Studio sessions are offered at Prevail Studio in Kensington

Terms & Conditions 

·      Any sessions cancelled within 24hrs will be charged

·      While we strongly recommend all of the sessions to be used within 8-12 weeks for the best results, you must use all of the sessions within 20 weeks from your start date.  As this is a bootcamp program, we can want you to get the most out of it.  Should extenuating circumstances arrive we will consider them individually
