This is not your average bootcamp we offer a safe, progressive and thoughtfully designed plan to help you reach your postnatal goals. In addition to teaching you what is and isn’t safe, we will be advancing your exercises on a bi-weekly basis to optimise results.
We will use our four-phased approach to your postnatal exercise journey, which is designed to help women heal, recover, rebuild fitness, enhance body composition, and boost energy levels. Some women may need additional sessions depending on their postnatal recovery.

· Any sessions cancelled within 24hrs will be charged
· While we strongly recommend all of the sessions to be used within 8-12 weeks for the best results, you must use all of the sessions within 20 weeks from your start date. As this is a bootcamp program, we can want you to get the most out of it. Should extenuating circumstances arrive we will consider them individually
