We offer in-home or studio-based training sessions with our London based trainers. Each session is one hour and uniquely tailored to you, your body and your stage of pre and post pregnancy. A thoughtful exercise routine during this time can be a powerful tool to help you feel strong and mentally fit as you cope with pregnancy and all of challenges of motherhood.
