What to Expect

Each session is guided with intention - honoring your body’s rhythm, your nervous system and your need for balance in a fast-moving world. 

Yoga with the Faison Method integrates a variety of yoga poses to help release tension, re-energise and restore your body. Sessions can be quite powerful and strong with a Vinyasa flow or offer more of a gentle and restorative flow.

Your yoga journey begins with understanding - your goals, your lifestyle and your body’s unique needs. From there we design customized yoga sessions that integrates:

  • Alignment-Based Flow / mindful sequencing to support posture, balance and stability 
  • Breathwork & Centering / cultivating focus, grounding & presence

 In our private & small group sessions you will receive hands-on guidance, detailed form correction, and holistic coaching.
